Keys were saggy in the middle. I love Nitros but I HATE saggy keys. Otherwise this would have been my second Nitro. The 15” Nitros don’t have this problem. I opted for the HP Pavilion (gamer style) with the 16” screen instead, which incidentally came with a better GPU (at a little higher price). Otherwise the weight, size, screen, key lights and other specs on the Nitro were great.

A fantastic machine. Super speed and excellent graphics. Doesn't get overly hot. Wasn't a fan of the backlit keyboard, at first, but I've gotten used to it and it's no big deal. For a 17" it's incredible light weight. I added a 500gb ssd which took hardly anytime to install. It is tricky getting the case open and make sure you use a plastic tool so as to not damage the case. I definitely recommend this Acer Nitro 5! A great price for an excellent computer.

Bought this Acer nitro 5 17.3" for my granddaughter who just turned 13! She wanted a gaming laptop. So far, she loves it!

Great computer for gaming, super fast and easy to use, I highly recommend for those who want to play online games.

All and all best bang for the buck. Comes with everything you need to run the lates games. I would purchase again no problem.

This Laptop runs very good my games play great on i like everything about it..

Had to go back to Best Buy to have the speaker sound driver installed. No sound from speakers originally. Seems to be corrected, but if I don't sign in immediately after turning computer on, the speakers sound doesn't work. As long as I sign in when I turn the laptop on, the speakers work fine. If that changes, I will be taking it back to Best Buy for further evaluation. I'm sure this is just a freak incident and not a usual occurrence. My daughter has a similar model and had no issues.

My son loves his new computer. It's very versatile he brings it to school and uses to play. Expensive but worth it!

Guess I wasn't really paying attention when I made the online purchase that it was a "gaming laptop." Also didn't notice it doesn't have a CD/DVD drive. No big deal, I've made it work for my needs and I have a external drive. I got this to replace the one I have that doesn't work right now, my fault, and really like it. Love the speed, compared to the aforementioned one. In time, when I'm able to get one I really want, I'll more than likely give this one to someone who can use it.

It’s been running well so far. The graphics are smooth, and the light up buttons are a nice bonus when playing at night.

Great pcp. I use it for work and for mmrpg and other games. It has no issues what so ever with handling them.

purchased as a gift to our kids for game weekend but also being used for online classes during weekdays. So far so good
