It was a birthday gift so they weren't opened right away.

There is one glaring issue; Audio. A week in the speakers no longer worked. Frustrating, but since I mostly used air pods, I worked around it. As of today, my Bluetooth On/Off switch in the settings disappeared and looking online, nothing really has provide any helpful fix. I want to like this laptop, but with this being my second laptop from Acer that end with no audio, I would recommend be wary buying an Acer.
