A little overpriced compared to other Nitros.

Audio driver fails!

COMPUTER ISSUES WITHIN FIRST 30 DAYS

I RETURNED THE COMPUTER AND RECEIVED A NEW ONE. WITHIN A FEW DAYS THE SPEAKER NO LONGER WORKED, YET AGAIN. NOT SURE WHATS GOING ON WITH THIS PARTICULAR DEVICE BUT THERE ARE SOFTWARE ISSUES.

Less than a month and needs repairs

Good news is that it is under warranty. Bad news is I have to pay to ship it there and wait for them to return it.

The sound didn’t work

They finally recommended I return and get my money back. I lost the money I put out for memory upgrade and virus protection. First time I’m not very happy with Best Buy but glad I bought the insurance. Sorry for the bad review.

If ross sold laptops

Worst computer I ever purchased.

After lengthy sessions with Acer support, I returned the computer and was sent a new computer with assurances that the new one shouldn't have the same problems. However, after four days of use, the blue fatal error screen was seen again with the loss of all audio. A factory reset did not resolve the errors. The second Acer was returned. Do NOT buy this computer!

Ok but defective screen

Customer service sucks and I’d have to pay crazy shipping and insurance just to send it in to get repaired. Never again would I purchase an Aser product.

Malfunctioning product
