Geek is all mess up! They never finished the order. Everything went wrong with my order. When I geek squad give me a pick date and time,they call and cancel out. This have happened 4 times. This is bad business.

The agents were nice and professional. They responded to all concerns

First 2 times the other company they sub contracted never called or showed up and the 3rd time I was denied because I live in a 2 story home and they didn’t want to run the wires

agents arrived promptly on time and installed 5 cameras.

Levi did an excellent job in running wire and hooking up the devices. He checked and made sure that everything was running well before he left. Though there was a delay due to scheduling, we are very pleased with the security device and the work that Levi did. We have already recommended him to others seeking a security device.

I returned to get a wireless security camera system

Tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

They were patient kind courteous and professional.

The agents did a good job and were courteous. I do believe they could have done a bit better with CAT cable management in the basement by hiding excess CAT cable above the drop ceiling.

Contacted geek squad with live chat, explanted that I was having printer connect problems. The live chat was transferred to phone chat. I waited 1 1/2 hours for response no response so I then ended the call the problem still occurring.

The agents prewired home or security system and TV room. Very professional

The team was knowledgeable and did the job neatly and promptly ( wired security cameras)

I had to move furniture and other things for them to install these cameras. for FOUR days in a row I moved furniture to get set up for their arrival , Each day they called up and canceled. After four days of this I got MAD, and cancelled the deal. I called Best Buy to see what they were going to do about this situation , and they were not concerned, I will not deal with Best Buy AGAIN!!! And they do not care!!. I have bought a lot of stuff from Best Buy, Never Again!!! They do not care about my business!

Third party was the absolute worse to do this job. They ended up putting holes in my ceiling, just a very bad experience. I highly recommend find your own help or workers to do any job for you.

Subcontractors sent for install and wires up the outside of house. Looks like a spiderweb! After having security system removed from Best Buy they still have wires left on house! Horrible and disgusting.

One Tech refused to mount my cameras. I was a Total Tech Member at the time.He conjured up excuses.

Just what I needed to get ease of mind, while away or at work.

The guys Best Buy contracted to install my system were clueless... I’m just upset because after seeing what they did, I could have installed them myself... I practically walked them thru the installation process.. if your house is pre wired, save your money and install it your self

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP,TO DO ANYTHING, KEPT TELLING US ABOUT THE THIRD PARTY SUPPOSED TO COME OUT, THE THIRD PARTY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING EITHER,THEY TOLD US THAT IT WAS THE GEEK SQUAD RESPONSIBLE TO PUT UP THE SECURITY SYSTEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE TOOLS ON THE TRUCK,BUT WE JUST KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND, RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT OVER THREE TIMES, NOTHING WAS HANDLE, CALLING THE STORE WHERE WE PAYED THE GEEK SQUAD TO COME OUT TO DO THE JOB,OVER AN OVER,GOING BACK TO THE STORE OVER AN OVER NO ONE DID ANYTHING TO HELP, NEVER AGAIN, IT'S JUST TO MUCH, HAD TO RETURN THE SECURITY SYSTEM,(DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME)

The agent mounted my ring bell perfectly and anytime I call Geeksquad is ever ready to help & always on time. They are committed to their work and I as a customer take pride in being a member & I am glad that I am!
