Have had these cameras well over a year now and I can say I am more than pleased.

The installer was not able to install the system he did not feel comfortable doing the job

The guys did an excellent job installing our 8 cameras and setting it up with our computers and cell phones. They showed us how to use it and were very helpful.

We had security cameras installed and the installers did an excellent job ! No complaints.

The third party installed the system. However, they damaged my ceiling and although I have submitted a claim, they have not paid and ignoring my calls. The system is still not working properly and I cannot get my phone app to function. The Geek Squad came in to hang the TV to the system but they would not run the HDMI cord from the DVR to the TV. I was told that the third party was supposed to do that because the Squad is not certified to do it. The third part said the Squad was supposed to do it. I finally ran it myself.

The agents were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about the system install. They cleaned up after themselves and discussed what they were doing. Very pleased.

The team if two that came by where very quick to get things moving along and get me informed of the function and processes of the system.

The guy that came to install was very professional. He even went above and beyond to install the cameras. I definitely would recommend this service.

Someone came out to house to look at see what needed done. When the installers showed up they said no go too much work. I decided to do the work myself, and did it in about two hours. Last time I will ever cal Best Buy’s to install anything in my house. They event charged my credit card in advance, then had to call to get my credit!!
