The Geek Squad installed my new audio components in my existing system and made sure everything worked. I had also requested cord management for all the components when I placed the order but this element was not communicated to the squad, so they didn’t have the proper items (eg cable ties) to complete that part of the order. They did their best with what they had and provided suggestions and recommendations for further improvements.

When Geek Squad came out to install my TV to the wall they wasted no time they knew exactly what to do and even recommended other items I can invest in to get the best out of what we are trying to achieve.

Wes did an excellent job installing our new systems despite some glitches in our infrastructure. He persisted until he got everything installed and working completely, and was pleasant to work with in addition. His post-installation information and advice was clear, competent and left us with the knowledge we needed to immediately get the most out of our new systems.

Dale Kirsch took a considerable amount of time installing our new dvd player and sound bar. He stayed until he made sure that everything was working correctly. He was very considerate and showed us how to operate everything before he left. He is a credit to Best Buy’s Geek Squad. His knowledge and expertise are commendable! We would definitely want him to install any future purchases.
