The two members of the Geek Squad did an excellent job in removing my old television and setting up my/ new television on my wall. They were friendly, patient, helpful and answered all of my questions. I did have a question after they left. I called them and they returned to answer my question and rectify my problem. Good job!

We had a rather complicated (for us) speaker, receiver, components install. The Geek Squad were very professional, neat, clean. When it was all finished, we did have some glitches but they came back twice and everything is now works as it should.

The Geek Squad installed my sound bar and mount. They were professional and on-time.

They did a great job with installation and even troubleshooting a problem that was caused by our builder.

The guys were on time and polite, they were very knowledgeable and did a great job showing me how to work my new TV.

The agents came and found out that the last installation had issues with the connections so they took everything apart and reconnected my sound system, PlayStation, Blu Ray, with the new 85 inch TV. Very chill and competent. I will always have Geek squad for support.

My positive review begins with the exceptional Thomas Laborico. A most excellent and patient tech. Set up new eero for us as well. Hopefully you reward him for his great customer service! My negative is that your scheduling and tech to tech info needs a lot of work. We went through 5 tech teams before Thomas was able to help us. Fast forward to today and Orion Webb and his partner were very helpful in restoring our TV’s after removing the Roku .

This goes to the Florence Kentucky store. The young man who came here and hooked up my sound system, I can’t remember your name, but thank you for all you did, and took the time to do it right. He hooked up our Sonos SLs, ERA 100s, Arc and the big subwoofer for us.

The agents installed the washer and dryer perfectly.

Team members were very knowledgeable and got everything set up in a timely manner. Highly recommend
