The agents were incredibly quick, professional, and knowledgable. They treated my new purchase with care and even help me move my old tv to another room. They offered options for my soundbar set up when my desired configuration didn't work within my space. They also answered will my questions with excitement and seemed to really enjoy their work.

The two members of the Geek Squad did an excellent job in removing my old television and setting up my/ new television on my wall. They were friendly, patient, helpful and answered all of my questions. I did have a question after they left. I called them and they returned to answer my question and rectify my problem. Good job!

My positive review begins with the exceptional Thomas Laborico. A most excellent and patient tech. Set up new eero for us as well. Hopefully you reward him for his great customer service!
My negative is that your scheduling and tech to tech info needs a lot of work. We went through 5 tech teams before Thomas was able to help us.
Fast forward to today and Orion Webb and his partner were very helpful in restoring our TV’s after removing the Roku .

The first person from Geeks came and installed the sound bar and he was very professional, explanatory, polite and explained things to us. Gabe, the second guy who came out was also very polite, professional, and showed us how to get rid of the base sound in the sound bar, because it was too much for my husband and I. We are in our 70's and it was just to much for us. Both Geeks did a great job and we would recommend their company.
