The Geek Squad representative solved our sound issue in less than 5 minutes. We were thrilled! We weren't sure how to configure our HK Onyx speaker to play the sound on movies and TV streamed through our FireStick as well as through one of our PCs, and after multiple unsuccessful tries of doing it ourselves we finally booked Geek Squad. Super glad we did, because he set it up for us and showed us how he'd done it all in less than 5 minutes. Safety protocols for in-home service were excellent as well.

Difficult setup directions. The headset for the audio impaired was installed but was difficult to install. The geek squad was willing to come. The price for the headset and installation would have been pricey. My suggestion for the headset company is make the directions clearer. A friend who is a little more technical was able to figure out. Best Buy is not in convenient location.

The agents came and found out that the last installation had issues with the connections so they took everything apart and reconnected my sound system, PlayStation, Blu Ray, with the new 85 inch TV. Very chill and competent. I will always have Geek squad for support.

This 60-year-old granny needed the Geek Squad to help set up my computer to my new Samsung Series 8 TV, and also provide some helpful pointers for Youtube streaming (Hey, what else is a senior supposed to do during the pandemic). The two Geek Squad gentlemen were patient and very well versed in all things Best Buy has to offer. I am sorry to say that I do not remember their names. But on a lighter note, I do remember all of their Geek Squad guidance and helpful pointers.

This goes to the Florence Kentucky store. The young man who came here and hooked up my sound system, I can’t remember your name, but thank you for all you did, and took the time to do it right. He hooked up our Sonos SLs, ERA 100s, Arc and the big subwoofer for us.

All of my experiences with the Geek Squad have been positive. They do a great job of communicating prior to arrival and once they arrive they are clean cut and professional in appearance. They have a complete knowledge of the products and listen when expressing concerns.
My wife and I are older and struggle with electronics. The Geek Squad was supportive and understanding of our technical insecurities.
