The guys did a great job getting the TV mounted in a tight spot. However, and I don't think this was the Geek Squad guys's fault, the Bluesound components are not operating the sound system very consistently. I get occasional cutouts. I can't get any sound out of the subwoofer or the surround speakers. This may be due to the phone app controller, which is very confusing and there is no physical or online manual that I can find to consult. I will be calling the Geek Squad to get further assistance.

This was way better than expected. The Geek Squat set up 3 tvs including mounts, sound bars and wireless speakers. They made sure that everything was working perfectly before they were done. Definitely worth going to Best Buy.

Geeks performed a quick re-installation of auxiliary speakers for a large TV used in my entertainment center. Very prompt service. No problems encountered!

Dusty, from Geek Squad, was terrific. Your scheduling service stinks. I was scheduled for June 2 and, after waiting most of the day, was cancelled. I rescheduled for June 13 and Dusty showed up and did a fine job.
Geek Squad is fine. Best Buy is mediocre at best and I know both companies are owned by Best Buy.

Geek squad Agents installed Sonos Arc and Sonos Sub2. They knew exactly what they were doing to setup and configure the new sound system to my Sony tv. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

Connection of the Insignia headphones was not possible because they were incompatible with the TV/soundbar. The Geek Squad gave me a suggestion for a compatible bar and headphones. They were a very professional pair and I feel I know what to purchase next-go-round.
