The Spokane Washington agents mounted my TV and connected to my devices. Very concience about making sure everything worked properly. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Brian Herring, a Geek Squad member, delivered and set up our Sonos Subwoofer and Sonos Speakers. Connected with our Sonos Sound Bar and answered all of our questions and gave advice we didn't even know we needed. Brian's visit resulted in a great experience. The Geek Squad set my Sonos speakers up and synced them with my Samsung TV. 4 speakers in total that provide surround sound listening to music or watching TV. They did a great job and completed the work within an hour easily. Then, they explained using Alexa and Sonos voice control for the entire system.

Speakers were installed professionally and quickly

The Geek Sqad installers did a great job. Spent all time needed to set up the equipment and explain how it works. The TV I purchased was too large to be mounted above the fireplace with my mount. At first they suggested I exchange for a smaller TV, but they called a co-worker who suggested a Mantle Mount through another retailer.They came back a couple weeks later and now the TV is mounted with a cooler mount than I had originally purchased. It allows the TV to be pulled out and down in front of the fireplace.

The Geek Squad just installed my BOSE sound bar, speakers, and Subwoofer. I was delighted with the in-home service and the excellent attention to detail. My TV was integrated perfectly, the BOSE app set-up on my phone and linked to my system, and Josh made sure that I was fully onboard with all I needed to know to use my system to the best advantage. I appreciated all the hints and tips above and beyond the basics. I couldn't by happier or more pleased!

The Geek Squad is a must when making any purchase from Best Buy. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and if you need them they will be at your house in a couple of days providing they have availability. What is great about the Geek Squad is that they will try to help you first over the phone before making an appointment to come to your home which is awesome and extremely helpful. Worth every penny!

Had trouble finding my Sonos products on my network. Tried everything, including attempts to factory reset speakers. Gave up and called in Geek Squad. Problems solved. Fast, friendly, what we needed. Thanks.

Guys were great. In and out job accomplished. The only thing that would’ve made the experience better was if the guys could wear shoe protection. Both visits I had and it was raining and I had just spent 3K carpet. Nothing happened to my carpet but disposable booties would’ve made my experience worry free.

Unfortunately it was difficult to get the solutions necessary to fix the problem with the previous items purchased from BB. after 12 days of no follow up but being billed for the Service Call, I went to the Okemos, MI store, tracked down the MIC and spent an hour at the store getting to the right person. We are concerned that we spent many thousands of dollars replacing speakers and acquiring the entire Sonos system, only to find that it was originally not set up property.
