Brian Herring, a Geek Squad member, delivered and set up our Sonos Subwoofer and Sonos Speakers. Connected with our Sonos Sound Bar and answered all of our questions and gave advice we didn't even know we needed. Brian's visit resulted in a great experience. Always a good experience with the Geek Squad.

Dusty, from Geek Squad, was terrific. Your scheduling service stinks. I was scheduled for June 2 and, after waiting most of the day, was cancelled. I rescheduled for June 13 and Dusty showed up and did a fine job. Geek Squad is fine. Best Buy is mediocre at best and I know both companies are owned by Best Buy.

The Geek Squad set my Sonos speakers up and synced them with my Samsung TV. 4 speakers in total that provide surround sound listening to music or watching TV. They did a great job and completed the work within an hour easily. Then, they explained using Alexa and Sonos voice control for the entire system.

The agents got my Sonos up and running quickly, since they were up to date on the Sonos apps.

This was way better than expected. The Geek Squat set up 3 tvs including mounts, sound bars and wireless speakers. They made sure that everything was working perfectly before they were done. Definitely worth going to Best Buy.

Being a "novice" to the whole set up and install of a new smart tv and sound system, I was quite pleased with not only how fast and efficient the sound system install went with the Geek Squad, but the "tips" given to the operation of my multi-room set-up were invaluable. I had several decisions to make that I was unsure of in the process. I'm two weeks in to the operation of the sound system and am quite satisfied, thanks to the Geek Squad. It truly was done right the first time.

Guys were great. In and out job accomplished. The only thing that would’ve made the experience better was if the guys could wear shoe protection. Both visits I had and it was raining and I had just spent 3K carpet. Nothing happened to my carpet but disposable booties would’ve made my experience worry free.

Techs made the connection all of my network audio devices look simple.
