The Geek Squad Technician who performed the service was top notch, extremely proficient, knew exactly what needed to be done, did it in an outstanding skillful manner, and is a tremendous credit to the Best Buy organization.

Initial install of Sonos Arc and components went smoothly. However when the Sonos Move speaker was being set up the Sonos Arc lost connectivity with the WiFi for unknown reasons, unable to fix on site. Waiting for further research to be completed on the problem. May have to replace the Arc which is on six-week back order. Using Ethernet until problem is solved.

The agents were clean, friendly, quick, and reassuring. I was concerned at first the tv was mounted too low (at the height I asked them to mount it at). They offered to re-do it, but also talked me through everything and I am very happy with the result. Both men were so kind and patient!

Alex spent an inordinate amount of time with me. He answered every question, no matter how trivial, while he continued in set up my new computer. He was so patient and didn’t make me feel “stupid”, as an older, non technology person. He was understanding and non-judgmental and continued to give me positive feedback at every appointment that we had.

Billie Phillips, the agent who setup my audio device, provided exceptional service, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He explained what was right and what was wrong with my entire TV and audio system, and he did it all with a friendly attitude. I highly recommend him. Billie restored my faith in Best Buy!

The agent showed up on time, was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He had no advance knowledge of what he was sent to do, nor did he have any cables with him or in his vehicle if needed for connections. Fortunately we had an "extra" cable that was needed so the installation was successful.

After moving from NC my sound system was disconnected, The technician took the time to reconnect my sound system to the TV for me as an add-on even though not on my original order - that's good customer service.

I started using Geek Squad Total Service support in 2020. They have provided computer support, Wi-Fi upgrade, and installation of TV & surround sound. All the technicians had more than 10 years with Best Buy, we’re knowledgeable, professional and very respectful. Geek Squad is a great resource and I highly recommend service.

Terence and Chris were amazing! We waited over 100 hours before we called Best Buy to calibrate our TV. Then Covid-19 decided to push our calibration back. Terence taught Chris how to effectively calibrate our TV - Terence is the TV and sound system whisperer. WE love our picture and sound now. Thank you!
