I spent weeks trying to get my Sonos system to work after an update happened a few months back. I’m a fairly smart guy when it comes to this stuff but this one I just could not figure out so I called the geek squad.! They came in and within 35 to 45 minutes they had the problem solved and had my system up and running. They did a fantastic job it was well worth my money.

Initial install of Sonos Arc and components went smoothly. However when the Sonos Move speaker was being set up the Sonos Arc lost connectivity with the WiFi for unknown reasons, unable to fix on site. Waiting for further research to be completed on the problem. May have to replace the Arc which is on six-week back order. Using Ethernet until problem is solved.

The agents were clean, friendly, quick, and reassuring. I was concerned at first the tv was mounted too low (at the height I asked them to mount it at). They offered to re-do it, but also talked me through everything and I am very happy with the result. Both men were so kind and patient!

Had Geek Squad out 3 times for problems with pairing and correct operation of the remote & TV, back to store for 3 times, They came through and replaced both the TV & remote and reviewed sound problems with audio due to open concept with vaulted ceilings, suggested changing location of sound bar, waiting for ordered brackets to see if solve problem. Their tech James & Kosta are great & patient! Will review again once it's moved.

The agent showed up on time, was polite and seemed knowledgeable. He had no advance knowledge of what he was sent to do, nor did he have any cables with him or in his vehicle if needed for connections. Fortunately we had an "extra" cable that was needed so the installation was successful.

After moving from NC my sound system was disconnected, The technician took the time to reconnect my sound system to the TV for me as an add-on even though not on my original order - that's good customer service.

The installation was seamless the GeekSquad was very professional and skill level was excellent. All of the installed products performs exactly what we was looking for our outdoor entertainment center.

Billie Phillips, the agent who setup my audio device, provided exceptional service, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He explained what was right and what was wrong with my entire TV and audio system, and he did it all with a friendly attitude. I highly recommend him. Billie restored my faith in Best Buy!

The two individuals who did the install were outstanding. They were very familiar with the products. They also did an excellent job familiarizing us with the features of each product. The install simply could not have been better.

Chad and Kolt did an awesome job!! They were quick, knowledgeable, and left everything exceptionally clean. I highly recommend them.

Alex spent an inordinate amount of time with me. He answered every question, no matter how trivial, while he continued in set up my new computer. He was so patient and didn’t make me feel “stupid”, as an older, non technology person. He was understanding and non-judgmental and continued to give me positive feedback at every appointment that we had.

Chris with the geek squad is great! He serviced my home before and was familiar with my theater system. He was in and out in no time.

It makes changes to the system easier than using the remote control for setting up items.

The Two Geek Squad members who came and set up our tv/sound bundle were so good, fast and courteous. We’d definitely request them next time
