The Geek squad hooked it up and explained . Very easy

Checked out my sub woofer and adjusted and fixed all other speakers. Found one that was not on. Really great service.

The agent fixed the problem. There was a light on the tv that would not shut off, the button was not stuck.

The agents did a great job mounting the tv and audio system. They knew what they were doing.

I was unable to sync 4 Sonos speakers after downloading the new Sonos app. I followed all instructions from Sonos and from an in-store Best Buy employee, all to no avail.

Geek Squad removed my old TV and installed my new TV with the SONOS Soundbar. Love our new setup!

We didn't understand the necessity of having WiFi available at time of installation for the speakers. Our speakers did not automatically link to the wifi which was finalized after the install. The Squad came out and linked everything and it's great!

I was having problems installing my sound bar and had the Geek Squad rep do it for me. He showed me all the steps and had the system working perfectly. He was very friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. I would have Joe Price do any future work for me.

Durrell from the Geed Squad installed this audio system with outdoor speakers and did an excellent job. He was polite and courteous - always called and showed up when he said he would.

The review would have been 5 star, as Gary was beyond excellent in his customer service, but the fact that your system would not allow him to schedule installation, prevents the 5 star rating unfortunately.
