The appointment has been rescheduled and technician asked me to buy couple more speakers for the home theatre setup. I got 2 new speakers from best buy and waiting for this to be installed.

We have a complicated hard wired AV system thru-out the house that's 12 years old that was acting oddly. BB guys replaced a couple of gizmos to make the analog and digital components play together better.

All went well will certainly recommend geek squad.

The techs removed old tv/mounting bracket and installed new bracket/tv, cleaned up cables.

I was required to pay for this visit unlike these visits done under the subscription in the past and while the Technician verified the audio system settings for the system that Best Buy originally installed but he did not verify other TV and system settings as has bee done in the past. Current subscription only provide value for new purchases not for service needs for past purchases.

Worth considering given the exceptional support and ease of mind.
