    Rachel was very knowledgeable and had to come back 1 time to attempt to fix problem with speakers coming disconnected. It still happens and we have to use app to reconnect

    The store has terrible displays, cannot get surround sound effect, have to "imagine" it AND compare, what they have doesn't work and their add on gear is almost nil...GEEK SQUAD FIXED ALL YOUR SCREW UPS!!!

    The agent resolved several issues with fire tv including syncing voices to screen. Also helped with outdoor Sonos speakers which were not previously working.
