The installers had a sound bar in the back of their van that we ended up purchasing. Installation went well but the payment system was a bit antiquated.

We already owned the networked audio device, but it lost its connection and we couldn't get it reconnected. Phil figured out the wi-fi system problem and fixed it. If only all service folks were as attentive and diligent!!

Terrible service! I brought my computer in to make sure it didn’t have any viruses. I was told I needed to create a backup desk. I then bought one two days later I was told to pick up the computer; when I got it home. It did not work. I called geek squad again, they sent a tech out. He spent an hour here and told me it was running very slowly. It was fine when I took it in I called they told me to bring it back in. I brought it in. I was told that Windows had crashed. They asked if I would allow them to install windows again. I said yes and I and they did I picked it up, brought it home. My son tried to install the back up desk. There was nothing on it. I have had to reinstall everything I paid for the back up desk, and there was nothing on it .

The agent resolved several issues with fire tv including syncing voices to screen. Also helped with outdoor Sonos speakers which were not previously working.

I just purchased a new surround sound received and wanted setup and connected to my TV. When the tech came to my house I asked that the receiver to be setup to the TV only when the receiver is turned on. He said it cannot be independently of each other and only works when the TV is on. This is not what I wanted but I let him set it up.
My 15 year old son came home from school and took a look at it and said it was hooked up incorrectly. He re-cabled it and now it works fine. I just wasted $100 on the Geek Squad

The store has terrible displays, cannot get surround sound effect, have to "imagine" it AND compare, what they have doesn't work and their add on gear is almost nil...GEEK SQUAD FIXED ALL YOUR SCREW UPS!!!
