The agent was very kind and knew his stuff. He paid close attention about his shoes and mud when coming in and out. He took off and put on his shoe protectors.

The agent reset my Sonos and router for me. I tried everything I knew how to fix it and finally broke down and called the Geeks. They did a great job as usual!
