I waited to write this, just to give you an idea of how long it can take for a simple lay person to figure out(maybe), what all you were saying as you rushed through the explanations of how our new equipment worked and how to make adjustments to it. I realize you were here for a while after encountering issues with the physical install, our not great wi-fi internet, and our inability under the pressure of "need it now" to recall how to get into our Best Buy credit account, but all I can still say is that "gotta go" regardless, left me less than enthusiastic with the service provided for dollar spent.
