Geek Squad team member set up speakers & Alexa quickly. He installed Sonos app and SiriusXM. He demonstrated how to use the sound system.

Best Buy told me what was needed for full install of speakers & tv. They subcontracted work (Not Geek Squad) to Manada Tech from California, who then subcontracted work to local Florida company.
The technician who came out didnt have enough help on the install, nor did he have enough speaker wire to run the speakers. He said they dont carry any extra on the truck, and what they do have on the truck cannot be sold to customers, and is reserved only for in-wall installs.
That was the 1st trip...
I contracted Best Buy to arrange completion of this work, and offered to buy the additional speaker wire required. They said no need, and that the Geek Squad technician would handle that.
Day of install is today, and once again, no Geek Squak. I get the same 3rd party install tech who once again has no speaker wire, and was unable to do anything.
This is ridiculous. Very disappointed
