    So I wanted 2 universal remotes programmed and 3 Apple TV / iTunes boxes plugged in to already existing TV's.. So instead of geek squad coming to do the job you guys sent some 3rd party contractors ( installs ) who had no software to program the remotes and therefore could not plug in the Apple TV devices.. I was charged 749$ for services I did not receive and was given a very hard time when I wanted a refund!! I don't know if we were even given the refund! I'm very unhappy with the service or should I say the services I didn't even receive.. I may think twice before using your services ever again.

    Funny I paid extra to have Best Buy install our entertainment system so I would have some kind of warranty on it yet all my devices and speakers still have issues. This remote screws up almost EVERYDAY switching inputs, volume is muted, TV turns off, or turns on the wrong device. Geek Squad came out twice to look at it and 1 time literally didn't do anything. Guess what it still doesn't work properly

    Service was great, but the Harmony Remote is very inconsistent, plus the Sony Bravia re-sets all the time.

    Geeks service level drops, demise of Best Buy

    Geeks installed remote. Worked when they were here and didn’t when they left. Disappointed that we spent this money and poor results. Paid for annual geek squad service and they are impossible to contact. Busy signals, deflection from store, on line chat not in service. Really poor from a business selling tech and claiming to be experts. They used to be much better.

    The Geek Squad are pros and they programmed the Harmony so I was ready to watch TV, movies, or listen to music - quickly and flawlessly!

    The programming went well but it would be nice to get all items programmed for future use. They should tell you more how to do it yourself in case you ever need to reprogram.

    I had most of the work done! The technician set up a few things. He was not to helpful with linking up Alexa! I feel like I over paid for your service.

    the install - programming was okay, nice and professional. Some options not set up, and remote not really all that great. I am taking back to get something else.

    Had to have them back a second time because Tech forgot one step to engage the info and guide buttons on my Charter remote.

    It worked OK is long as you use the voice activated remote 100% of the time but extremely difficult to set up had to have Best Buy do it

    The tech was great about telling us the different ways to utilize our new system. Unfortunately we do not remember how to use all the different things we have.

    BestBuy rep recommended remote control. User instructions did not work as describe, therefore, was forced to purchase Installation - Remote Control Programming, which added to the cost of the original purchase. Installer indicated remote was too sophisticated for projector, but did the best he could. We are not using the remote, we are using controls directly on projector. Unhappy with the $69 purchase of the remote and $99 purchase of the remote installation. Want my money back!

    The Geek Squad full room setup installer, informed us that the top of the line Harmony we just purchased from Best Buy was in fact not fully compatible with the new Yamaha Receiver that we bought at Best Buy. The new Harmony can not access the Zone Two features on the receiver (the old one we had would fully access Zone 2). The remote that came with the receiver does have Zone 2 access, so we still either need to turn it on at the receiver, or use the receiver remote.

    Tv was mounted. Had to have multiple people come out to connect properly. Didn’t have proper products on truck.
