    They kept me waiting all day and never showed. I called 3 times to get the status only to find out they were not coming. I was finally told I would have to wait 2 more weeks.

    service tech was running late, didn't keep us well informed and came to the house without telling two elderly women he was not vaccinated. have had many good experiences in the past so hope this isn't an example of the future

    Bought a Samsung 98” tv February 22. I have not had a satisfactory experience. Out of six appointments, 3 were cancelled. Now I have another appointment for Saturday the 13th of April. The cancellations were at the end of the day while I sat around all day waiting on them. This is my last appointment before I get my money back!

    A complete waste of time. First drove to Best Buy. I was directed to entirement center. Staff was not trained. Then was told by Geek Squard to call for help. Called ordered a universal remote and a set up. Got the remote it was shipped in envelope no packing. Two guys showed up who were not Geek Squad but contractors. The remote did not work and the workers were unable to connect tv to internet. They did get sound working to dvd. Was told to return remote to Best Buy. Another trip. Yesterday got phone call from contractor who said they had new remote. Told them I had not ordered remote, they cancled order I never requested. Will never use Geek Squad again or Best Buy.

    When you have geek squad over to program a complicated device like the logitech universal remote, you should be prepared to ask questions and demand to have it done the way you want it to be done. The day I scheduled I was extremely busy at work, and unable to supervise the install. So when he was done I had all of the techs favorite channels pre-programmed onto my remote, and a very rudimentary understanding of how the thing actually worked. As soon as he completed his programming he was in a hurry to move on. A note to the technically challenged-this is a very complicated device that requires a great deal of "home study" on your part to understand how it works. If you are a gadget geek and enjoy long happy hours figuring out complicated devices than this is for you. On the other hand, if you want a device that will simplify your TV viewing, and eliminate the number of remotes you need by your side (it doesn't), then this may not be the device for you.

    These harmony remotes are problematic and frustrating. They are touchy and freeze up all the time and they also seem to eat up batteries.

    Not really sure about remote.Geek Squad came out to set it up with tv and receiver.Doesn.t work all aspects of the receiver or tv.Geek Squad came out a second time and I though it was set up correctly but it's not.We now have a third appointment to try and correct it again.

    This devise is so complicated to hook up that it took three techs on three occasions to try to get it to work properly. Of the three, to said they were not familiar with the device. After the last attempt I took it back. If you are familiar with these devices I suppose this one,which gets good comments, is OK but not for me

    Universal remote/ Logitec. Works but quirky. Often will not sync properly and is frustrating. I am not confidant that I want to pay again to have a service that will probably not fully resolve our issue.

    This is the worst product I have purchased from BB! I honestly wished I had never bought it,!!! First...if you have a problem,u don't know If it's the remote, or your service provider.once its connected,receiver,dvr,twc box it's a total disaster.Time Warner Cable provider, knows nothing about this product, so you can't get help.

    I feel that the tech programmed the remote without explaining to me how to use the remote and its limitations. He may have programmed it all correctly, but I couldn't use it and ended up returned it. I was not reimbursed for the tech's charges even though I ended up returning the remote.
