    This is the second time this appointment has been canceled and now 6 weeks since our request. We have the Geek contract and that has been useless. This is unacceptable and they have not yet even contacted us with a new visit date. Please improve your customer service and get this simple request scheduled soon Thank,you

    This took 5 visits. Twice programmed incorrectly, twice the tech no showed. Over a month spending hours on phone and in store. Holds of up to 40 minutes at Geek Squad. Had to take five half days of work for Best Buy to do this. I was promised a gift certificate for my troubles ...yet to see it. Worst and most incompetent service imho. Last tech Alex was great

    Geek Squad wasted our time!

    Technician came in-looked at our remote and said it couldn’t be programmed to our Spectrum programming and left. We paid the Geek squad $79 for nothing. We bought the remote from Best Buy-Magnolia and paid over $500 a few years ago. The Geek squad also didn’t show up for the previous two appointments. Not good service!

    The clarity of the system is far better than the reception that we received via the radio. However, the system keeps turning off and must be re-activated.

    We signed up for a new apt. set up including harmony remote.....the harmony didn't need to be reprogrammed but we had already paid in advance so we were out that cost regardless??

    Geek Squad Harmony remote programming/75” Samsung

    The agents are about to return for the third time to re-program my Harmony universal remote due to constantly losing wifi connection for apps such as Pandora, Netflix and other common apps for my brand new 75” Samsung smart tv. Honestly this is getting so annoying I am sorry I bought the new tv. I am staying on this issue until getting satisfying resolution.

    GEEK Squad failed to program our remote.

    The GEEK Squad came to our home, but they could not program our remote. They said something like they needed a cable. That does not sound right. We had waited 3 weeks for that appointment. Using that TV is very difficult. DVDs are impossible. We are very unhappy.

    Can't get on the schedule

    Bought a universal remote as a birthday gift for my husband. Purchased the remote on 7/27, it is now 8/31 and i still have not been put on the Geek Squad's schedule for a programming visit. I have not been happy with the Geek Squad's responsiveness. The people I've spoken to on the phone are very nice and apologetic, but evidently there is only one tech in the area and they still haven't gotten me on his schedule. I'm heading to the store to try to straighten this out or get my money back today.

    I Purchased the Harmony Remote Control before Christmas and scheduled set up at that time for Jan5. I got three reminders they would be coming, and guess what? NO ONE CALLED OR SHOWED UP. I finally got a hold by chat and they could only schedule me for two weeks later! I am very disappointed.

    Required multiple trips from three different crews to complete configuration required. The staff sent on first trip from your sub-contractor resources were not competent. They wasted four hours of my time and were still unable to complete job. Promised to get back to me with a rescheduled service but no contact was made. I needed to make a trip back to Best Buy store for follow up.

    It was a Universal Remote - Best Buy knew this The ticket read Harmony remote - according to Best Buy they only wrote Harmony because they needed a sku. When the finally came (after blowing off my first appointment) I was told the couldn’t work on my remote.

    THE GEEK SQUAD PERSON SPENT AN AMPLE AMOUNT OF TIME TRYING TO PROGRAM MY REMOTE. WHEN SHE LEFT IT DIDN'T WORK AND IT HAS TAKEN ME ABOUT A WEEK TO GET IT WORKING. I LOST ABOUT $150 AND GOT NOTHING FOR MY MONEY. WON'T DO THAT AGAIN

    Geek squad installed and it hasn't worked turning in various functions or even turning it on. Can't get geek squad to fix it. Very disappointed.

    This remote is no good, they have been to my house several times to program and in no time it doesn’t work. The last time they sent someone over to reprogram it was a big flop because the guy didn’t even know how to do it. Worthless remote control

    Not that impressed with the setup for my Harmony remote, they were not that familiar with the way to do it. I just ended doing it myself

    The agents showed up an hour after the 4 hour window had elapsed. While they programmed my Harmony controller with the Roku as requested, now the audio does not correspond with the video, i.e. there is a split second delay between the audio and video feeds. Very annoying
