    Remote was supposed to control TV, soundbar and cable box, but it doesn't.

    Was talked into the plan, wasn't told I'd still have to pay to have something done. Extremely hard to get in contact with on phone, put on hold way to much and way to long. It's like you hope customers will get tired of waiting and just hang up. Unhelpful, rude. Would never recommend geek squad.

    Love the quietness and versatility of the DW

    Person did not show up for scheduled appt. Rescheduled for 12/15/21. No one called and let me know this. I have paid and this is unexceptionable. I was this rescheduled as soon as possible. I am very disappointed with BestBuy.

    Not set up to record a program and shut off after program Have to unplug the tv to get off. DVR not working

    We purchased this remote as per your TV installer's suggestion. We paid you additional visit charge to program the remote and show us how to use it. We are still have problems trying to get this remote to work easier. It takes forever to open up, and it is difficult to move from one thing to the next.

    Installation Tech said I was waiting to have a new comcast box installed it would do no good to program it at this time. I program the the remote myself after left with old box and the new box when the new box was installed it worked with no promblems

    Tech agent never showed up. Made appointment three times and they never showed up. Very very disappointed customer services.we also have a Total Tech contract.

    Failed to connect my new Harmony remote

    I used my Geek Squad protection only ONCE. A technician came and was NOT able to set up the Harmony Remote. Yet I still had to pay for the service visit. I have cancelled my coverage.

    3 trips to the house to program an all in one remote, and I still have to use 3 remotes to watch tv. Maybe its the devise, not the Geek Squad. 3 different techs came out.

    The installation guys were here all day and never get the home theater to work.One of my speaker wires was disconnected but they would not go in the attic to fix it . They said that I had to pay for an attic guy to fix it. They did not use the AR calibration that came with the AR. I have now done it per instruction and it works much better.

    Again the amp doesn't turn off and on with the rest of the TV you have to do it separately frequently

    Does not. Work !!! I have 3 visits and it works for about a day or two Cannot even get a call back to walk me thru It. I am ripping it all out tomorrow and taking back to the concord store to refund me .the service after purchase is the worst

    Very Disappointed in the Harmony Remote

    I would not recommend the Harmony Remote. Ever since we purchased it, we have been unhappy with it. First we had to jump through hoops to get it to work, and now it has stopped functioning altogether. Don't waste your money.

    Geek is a huge joke!!!! Will never go to Best Buy again Worst customer service I have ever experienced Cannot get in touch with anyone Went in person and problem still not resolved I suggest you all go somewhere else for any products!!!!!

    This service was not done at all. The third party sent by Best Buy basically just plugged the set in and messed up the sound connections. Could not program the remote. Have rescheduled for January 11th.
