    The agent spoke so quickly that we did not understand what we were supposed to do with this remote. We finally had it returned because the functions were too much for us without the understanding.

    All I could say is that I will not ever do business with Best Buy again nor use their Geek Squad because of the 3 times I had to keep coming back to my apartment to do redos.

    The techs could not program the remote so I had to call Regent5 who did a wonderful job programing the remote.

    This service was never performed but my credit card was charged and I can’t seem to get any resolution when I contact Bestbuy. I am throughly agitated by all the hassle to try and get answers from Bestbuy

    After many rescheduling issues they were not able to help us. They had an appointment at one time and never called or showed up. We have sued then before and had been happy but not this time

    Not happy with the inconsistency with this unit. Doesn't seem to maintain the previously programmed functions. Difficult to navigate. Would highly recommend a voice activated feature. Understand that this model was discontinued. I'm glad!

    I bought two of the last tech universal remotes. They sent Two techs out. They didn’t show me how to set it up for anything. When they left I tried both of them out and they were completely screwed up programming. They still aren’t set up

    I have tried numerous times to get this issue resolved to no avail. Promised to have a manager call me, never happens. Why should I even pay for total tech support??? Service is the worst!

    Remote control stand

    The stand evidently was not attached to electrical strip. After several days we have no remote and have to watch one TV station. We cannot move cabinet. No Geeks available this weekend? Also, there is no one in store we can speak with.

    First time that I've had a programming issue using Geek Squad. This time there seems to be more of a problem getting this to work with the Bose speaker system. Does not function correctly. Second time I've had a squad member out to house

    Would not recommend. Have trouble with this device continually. Have to use the help mode way too often. Have waisted a lot of time with this device. Difficult to get to smart TV mode. I now want to use the remotes that came with TV.

    I was specific on my need to have the TV worked by a universal remote, got lots of promises by the Geek Squad "no problem". After two visits it still doesn't work and they have stopped contacting me about when this simple process will be fixed.
