    I had to have another Geek squad crew come out to fix all the mistakes. This was after the initial crew member had ruined my 1 1/2 yr. old carpet. The second crew did an excellent job, thank goodness.

    Didn’t know how to convert my existing cables to HDMI and left the cable from the tv on the floor to my audio/ video cabinet .

    The pro gaming of the remote was incomplete the geek did not know how to program the remote, have to figure it out myself, waist of money

    The item did not really work well with Alexa, which is how it is sold, so we returned it with the Geek Squad and got credit. Thank you.

    Regardless of the verbal explanations of operation this item sucks. Woked sometimes IF appropriately handled with care, but too temperamental for regular use. Needs WRITTEN clear instructions.

    This remote does not work very well. We have to push the buttons several times to get them to work. We have had four of these same remotes and it seems they get worse each time

    My service was not completed and Best Buy charged my debit card without authorization and without service. This is illegal!

    You do not want me to post a review. A long complaint letter is being forwarded to corporate offices regarding this and the entire TV installation process I went through

    The man that came out to set it up only had computer set up knowledge. He didn't know anything about setting up the remote for my television.

    Best Buy / Geek Squad installed my entire home entertainment system 3 years ago -- now I"m being told that the Apple TV that was installed is obsolete. Not the kind of solution I had hoped.

    The programming they did (third party) was only warrantied for 90 days. They couldn't figure out how to connect my PS$ to the activities for the Harmony remote.
