the remote only works half of the time. very frsutrating

They came out , told me I needed newer remote, still charged me .

unimpressed and frustrated; not improved by installation by geek squad

Tech was 45 minutes late & didn’t pgm DVR totally.

Nice installer but 3 days later it doesn't work. Extremely frustrated as we only have a few devices and no major nacros

Our tech was great, got everything with set up with Harmony and our cable company, and Apple TV, now all on one remote.

Erik was very professional and did a great job setting up our remote.

The agent programmed my remote very quickly and efficiently. He also checked some of our other devices to make sure they were working well.

The Harmony remote failed reprogramming. I had read Best Buy customer reviews. The Harmony had degraded over time, consistent with customer experience. Time for a new more reliable remote for a component system. Mission accomplished! Thanks to the Best Buy service and programming team.

I am pretty tech-savvy, but configuring a Logitech Harmony remote did not work for me after 3 extended and attentive tries. Signed up for Geek Squad installation, whcih is valid for a full year and now the remote works. Geek Squad geeks came out 3 times in a month to fix minor issues with the setup, they are prompt, savvy, polite and capable. - GREAT VALUE !!!

Brandon was exceptional with investigating solutions to simplify a 92 year old’s life dealing with a smart tv and multiple remotes. He presented simple solutions for my mother to understand how to use it.

My remote to a dump on me and during set up of some older equipment the agent recommended this remote. It elongated all my other remotes except this one and does it all … well worth the $100.00

Technician was very knowledgeble and remote set up done to the best

This was great. Techs arrived on time and quickly got to work to reprogram my Harmony. They were here about 30 mins. After which we concluded my remote control was simply too old, and buttons that would no longer work were just plan worn out. After some discussion with the techs, I chose not to replace my harmony and instead use my new “Dish” controller.

I was going to purchase another remote but the technician come over and reprogrammed the one I had. He said the software needed to be updated. It works just fine.
