Worst install, ever!!!! 1/2 inch gaps on tom and bottom of unit. Installer was very unprofessional. Stated he can’t work overtime to get the job done property and I would just have to live with it.

I paid extra for my radio to get free installation, but still had to pay 150 for everything it be installed.

Have not got it installed yet purchased Dec 2nd got a text with a date of Jan 12th called to confirm install on Jan 10th and someone canceled my install and I have been getting the run around for the past two days still don’t know when this will happen if ever finely got number for the installer to call in the morning to see what they can do. Very disappointed and unhappy with how this has gone so far!!

Had a radio installed in my pickup and it doesn’t work right. Took it back and it still isn’t right and have left three voicemails and have never got a call back. Not impressed.

I ended up returning everything due to Tech telling me to install the XM reciever even though he woukd have the dashboard apart would be another $50 and I would need to make another appointnent 3 weeks out to install just that part even though he was scheduled to install new radio.

Installation was not well done, new radio was not flush with dash nor was it wired correctly. Loose cabling as well. Had to take to a professional radio installer and pay them to correctly install and wire the new radio.

Car installation date was pushed out 1 month of purchase. Then on installation day, best buy employee didn't order right part. Now have to wait another month for installation. 2 months to install radio that was purchased 30 days is not worth future best buy business.

I am not sure why it's asking me to review this. I never talked to anybody or looked at any videos.

They were so awesome to my daughter. College girl, completely clueless. We upgraded her Jeep, no flash bang, with this install and everything sounds amazing. I feel better that she's not on her phone I can talk to her little computer station. Not distracted by buttons in the old quick push. And the folks that installed her equipment were awesome. Hands down totally recommend. If you want it done right get it done right!

The technician at the Mountain View El Camino location went above and beyond! Installed a new head unit in my 4runner quicker than expected. Will definitely be coming back for more installs for my truck.

I cannot say enough about the installer !!! Very professional !!! An awesome install. Looks factory installed. He answered all the questions that we had. Even help get everything connected.

Fast, friendly and well qualified! Technicians did a great job installing a new sound system in my car, including steering wheel and blue tooth connections, and made sure I knew how everything worked before I left. Factory parts were carefully packaged and returned as well.
