The description didn't really do a good job at telling you it's a truly wireless headset. Yeah you can opt to use the cord that it comes with and it'll plug into your controller with the headphone jack if you want. It's a great wireless option. Just plug the USB dongle into the Xbox and turn on your headset and that's it. You can also use them to watch tv while the sound is muted.

Good sound, comfort and price if you are looking for wireless headphones

I really like this headset and the sound on it is great. However I have had many problems with it. For starters, sometimes when I just turn on the Xbox the audio on them comes out of the wrong ear so I have to disconnect and reconnect the usb dongle. Next, sometimes when I plug it in to charge, no sound comes out of the right ear so I have to wiggle the charger around to fix it. Finally, twice now it just stops playing any sound out of nowhere. I just wait a day or two and it usually fixes itself somehow. My voice to others is also kinda low even if I talk clearly

Easy to setup with Xbox sounds very clear and battery last a long on a charge

Got these for my son for his birthday in May bits a good thing I purchased the warranty because they stopped working in July. I took them back and was given a new pair. Word of advice get the warranty. My son loves them!

Ever since buying my first gaming headset I have to have one.

Bought these to upgrade from my Turtle beach (wired). Overall glad with my purchase the only thing I wish was the mic boom could be move able. Love being wireless and the audio is amazing! Even the range is great.

The wireless headphones hook up easily and have great stereo sound. Great set to upgrade to without breaking the bank on some of the other price pairs.

My son uses this for Xbox. Great sound and love the glow. Also nice feature where the mic boom can be removed and the unit can be used just for listening to audio.

These headphones were great at first, but proved to be rather maddening towards the end. The end being bout 3 months after I bought them. Had a constant connection issue. Either people in the party could hear me but I couldn't hear them, or I could hear them and they couldn't hear me. And I would always have to restart my Xbox to fix the problem. It was really annoying. I wouldn't really recommend these to a friend, off of my own personal buying experience. I got a new pair, they were a little more costly, around $150 before taxes, but deffaintly worth it.

Purchased these for my older son and he uses them with his Xbox One S and says they work great. He can play and have it as loud as he wants and no one else has to hear the TV.
