I saw loads of good reviews only stating few problems. The problems that were mentioned aren't even what makes this product bad. The headset I have turns off on me 5 times a day even with a full charge. It makes your ears pop as if you were changing altitude way too often. Also, occasionally when you just barely turn on your xbox and play a game the sound doesn't even work properly. For instance when I turn on my xbox, headset, start a game (COD3) and start a match. The players footsteps that on my screen are on my right side come out my left ears sound. Makes no sense. I hate this headset.
