Not so great

Returning these ASAP

I tried e-mailing the product company and they’re no help at all. I’ll definitely be returning these and getting another one.

Chat and game volumes don't compensate like I was hoping for. If you want to turn down other player chat, game cannot be heard and likewise if you want to turn game up, voices get too loud for comfort.
