Customers are saying

Customers commend the AG 9 Wireless Stereo Sound Over-the-Ear Gaming Headset for Xbox One for its superb sound quality, comfortable fit, and wireless convenience, along with its long battery life. Many also appreciate the headset's price point and the strong bass response. However, some users point to occasional connection issues and less-than-ideal volume control as potential drawbacks. The weight of the headset was also mentioned as a concern by a few users.

While these are great sounding headsets, the ear pads start cracking pretty quickly.

When I first got this headset, I loved the fact you could change the colors, but my friends always said I sounded like I was under water. I gave it to my sister and listened, the mic quality is poor and it does indeed sound like you are talking underwater. Very disappointed since I paid $100 for this item. Will be trying to return it and get a better item.

These headphones are the absolute worse. I would return them if I could. They worked for a few weeks, and now don't work at all. I've tried everything - rebooting the xbox, repairing the headphones, tried on multiple Xboxes. The headphones are JUNK. Sometimes I can hear my friends but they can't hear me, but most of the time they don't work at all. Just like wearing earmuffs - they only thing they're good for is keeping your ears warm. COMPLETE GARBAGE! For $90 I expect it to work. I'll try to contact the manufacturer, but based on their product, I'm not expecting much. DO NOT BUY!!!

I bought this headset and was very excited to try it out. Sadly after one or two days of using it, it just stopped working. There are two volume control wheels on the headset, it looked as if one was for game volume the other was for chat volume, yet whenever I adjusted on wheel, it adjusted the other as well.

Sound was terrible, quality wasn't too good either. It looked cool though. I took it back to the store the same day.

My 10 year old son got these for his bday along with his first Xbox and it was not as easy as one would think to connect these to Xbox gold. It may just be that we are not tech savvy enough but I still have to give it a low rating because we haven't been able to figure it out yet. It shouldn't take extra steps to connect ear phones and use Xbox Gold.

    Much improvement

The AG 9 are a big improvement than previous ones. To start I must say they're much lighter, compared to previous ones these don't strain your neck when you wear them. The detachable microphone allows easy communication to be much easier but doesn't allow you to drink some water or have a snack easily. When speaking you don't appear to sound as if you're whispering compared to older versions. The cushions that surround your eyes are comfortable but they can be softer. After wearing the headset for a while the cushions don't feel as soft becau you get used to when you first put them on. The sound quality on them are great also, no problems. When listening to music on your phone you need to avoid touching the cord because you will begin hearing sparks unless you readjust it. Overall this is a great headset and I do recommend them

The first day my son used his headset the microphone broke off. It snapped off where the piece connects to the headset. After reading reviews this appears to happen often. I was disappointed as the headset was pricey. I'm glad I purchased the extra warranty with Best Buy. They replaced the product with no questions asked.
