It didid work but couldn't hear my friends or they coundlt hear me

There seems to be an issue with the USB connector that comes with this device. We tried 2 sets, in under 90 days. Speakers work on PC, but USB connected to Xbox one the Mic and one ear loose sound. Same issue when the USB device is connected to a PC, but plug the headphones in standalone to a PC both speakers work fine.

Uncomfortable, not loud nor clear. Gets super hot while using. Was not impressed

Works good. Needs better buttons and instructions for use. Worked in seconds.

These headphones were ok but the mouthpiece broke in less than two months.

I love this headset! It's really comfortable and I enjoy the freedom that wireless brings. It takes a bit of time to really fine tune the sound the way you like it, but I play with a group that all chats at different volumes. These are pretty awesome to watch movies on when the rest of the house is sleeping. One thing I did notice is that you have to have your tv or receiver set at least 1. I've been playing a lot of fallout lately, and the green glow is very similar to the headlamp on power armor! I love it!

I purchased these for my teenaged sons at Christmas. It’s now March, they broke a month ago-just stopped working. My boys said they found it difficult to hear their friends on the Xbox, and they had to talk REALLY loud In Order for their friends to hear them. Very disappointed.

Mic tends to get shorts had to return a few times.

Purchased the Xbox Headset for my son for Christmas and he loved it!

The sound is backwards when playing call of duty..

Good headphones. Love the glow! Clarity of audio is inconsistent.

The ear cups were too small for me. Caused my ears to hurt because I wear glasses and they were tight, so I replaced it for a turtle beach wireless headset that covered my ears entirely. I’ve owned them for 3 years now and have had no problems with them.

It's a little short to keep on the ears for long time.

This headset looks and feels great; however, after using it for a while, the quality started to really shift. The audio was poor and the mic stopped working completely. There are definitely better alternates for the same price or less.

The only flaw to this was the mic that needed to be inserted in the headset began to stop working. It got static and after 6 months i could no longer communicate with anyone i could only hear through the headset not speak.

Purchased the unit based on features and wireless capability. Worked great for approx. 3 months before the mic stopped working. Went through all the troubleshooting steps with no success. Thank goodness for the Best Buy service plan.

I like the price tag but when I started using them the lighting on the outside of the earphone cups made them overheat my brain to the point of possibly melting it seemed. I need everything I have left up there! Very hot after short time of use.
