The sound was very staticky. When removing the mic to try and reconnecting it, the arm broke in two. I am exchanging it for a new one in hopes it was just a defect in this particular one and the next one will be better.

Had the headset for 2 days and everyone I played with said I sounded like an Alien. The sound I got from the headphones was great but when every person I played with complained about my voice I had to return them.

Works great but the recharge battery chime beeps in your ear constantly afrer using it for only a couple of hours. Never had it die even using it hours after the chiming started but it's annoying. Most likely going to return it.

Ended up buying 2 pairs. The first one's charging port broke, then when I bought the 2nd pair the Mic stopped working. Don't know why I didn't get the warranty the 2nd time around. Won't waste the money on a third.

Second pair I purchased within 2 years. First pair of headphones the battery stopped taking a charge within 9 months. The second pair I purchased only lasted 5 months then the mic stopped working.

Wasn't happy with these; my son was never able to adjust the settings where people on the other end could hear him. After so many attempts to resolve the issue, finally just returned them. Might have been great otherwise

It worked and sounded great for about two months. Then disconnect issues. Others couldn't hear me. I couldn't hear them. The USB transmitter broke. Now have to use a cord to my controller.

At first they were a great headset but after a week the sound was switched. I had to unplug the usb and plug it in every time I wanted to use it if I wanted it to work right. Don't waste your time.

Doesn't always work. My son has a lot of trouble hearing other kids. Made pretty flimsy. Needs to be charged often. Was $20 off at $70. Certainly not worth original $90 price. Maybe worth $9?

They don’t work without the wire even though it says there wireless The volume doesn’t work and plays very low. And it can’t be adjusted.

I have had this headset for around a month and a half and they have been great. They are 100% wireless like advertised. All you do is plug in the adapter to a usb drive and turn on the headset and it automatically connects with the adapter. I haven't had turtle beaches before so I can compare sound quality but you can definitely hear 360 surround sound while playing games. You can easily pick up footsteps and which direction they are coming from. The headset also has a bass booster button by the mic which enhances the boost and sounds amazing. I would say it takes around an 1- 1.5 hours max to fully charge and gives you several hours of playtime. Two negatives however but don't necessarily bother me would be 1. the beeping sound it makes when its dying, it's kind of loud and 2. the game and chat volumes get a bit confusing when trying to lower one and higher up the other, if you get the headset you'll understand when trying to change volumes. Other than that though the headset is amazing and glows green which looks kind of cool when playing at night time with the lights off.

I've owned them all - astro A-50s , turtle beech elite 800 ( garbage ) and a few other high end headsets . These afterglow A9s xbox one s headset BEATS THEM ALL !!!! Sound quality and volume + bass boost is second to none , blowing all the others out the water . Price point of $79.99 -$10.00 for best buy reward bucks makes them $69.99 total .... A real steal even for $79.99. Don't hesitate , go to best buy and buy them today ...

This headset is horrible. Does not have good audio or microphone for gaming Call of Duty. Nobody can hear me nor can I hear them at times. It is nice looking only.

Should have watched the reviews on this product. It loses it sound quality after just a few months. So glad we bought the replacement plan with it!

Skip these. Maybe it was a defective pair or maybe it was slight user error, but the buttons on the headphone were janky at best.

These headphones were of somewhat flimsy construction. The sound quality was also not very impressive, especially for the price.

Seemed like a good quality headset but failed charging after two months. I would not recommend.

Purchased for my grandson who plays on xbox one for hours and he is not happy with the sound quality of these headphones.

Everything was ok with it except for durability of microphone. It broke off on the first day of using it.
