I've had no luck with any of these wireless headsets. Always lose sound. Greatful for Best Buy's warranty options

After my second purchase of this product I gave up and decided to return it and try another set of headphones.

Was excited to try these out the moment I got home. Some of my friends have these and like them. Got all set up joined the party on my Xbox one x and could hear everyone and couldn’t speak. Tried every setting and volume controls and made sure mic was connected properly. Got a lemon I guess. Exchanged them for a different brand and happy now.

The headset was very good. The wireless connection could've been better. The microphone just went out randomly. It started by making this clicking noise and I'd have to push the mic all the way back in and that lasted for a few minutes.... then finally the mic stopped working. So i bought a new pair by a different brand and kept it pushing.

Not happy my son can't talk he can hear fine but can not be heard, there is short in the microphone

My son bought this item so that he could play his games without us needing to also hear the sounds of the games. To his surprise, the mic never worked. It was a sad moment because I am not able to return it back.

Lasted about a year before the mic began having issues.

I bought 2 of this headsets 1 within a week I had to go and exchange the first pair because microphone stopped working, a month later I had to go an exchange it again for the same reason so this time I’m going to purchase a different pair.

Had to be returned twice and then the third wan stoped working and was less than a month but couldn’t be returned. Called for support and they were rude and not helpful. If you look online they have bad reviews from online reviewers.

Disappointed, Seemed to be working fine then the power button just stopped working no warning. Cheap plastic, too bad seemed to be just fine from what Ive read before this is what i should have expected, quality is just not there. Back to Turtle Beaches, pay double or three times as much and get 10 times the life.

Bought product for responsible kid. Lasted 2 weeks and the microphone stopped working. This was after a previous purchase of the Stealth 600 which broke after 6 weeks. Totally disappointed in the purchase and unable to replacement unit even though it did not last 30 days.

they broke within a month. The Mouth piece is total crap

...purchased first as a Christmas gift for kids. Mic wouldn't work after a week. Took back and exchanged for new ones. Mic worked for maybe a week and now doesn't again....stuck with this pair now because threw box out foolishly. Will never purchase again.

Your ears will get really hot after a few hours of gaming..

The overall headset was attractive for price sound quality okay. Mic was not detachable. I would say for It not dying I would give a 3 star. I would purchase something else for the money.

The headphones play right and left sound incorrectly. I have to take the Mic off and turn the headphones around backwards to have the sound oriented correctly .

Bought the headphones as a Christmas gift. They continuously beep even when fully charged. Sometimes the beeping is once every second. Very annoying. Sometimes they lose connectivity and you can't hear the conversations.
