After about three weeks, these broke and the worst part is we were told we could not get a refund. Don’t waste your money

All of the money I've spent for this product, I haven't been able to get the use out of this product. I've gotten tired of exchanging it and none still have not stand up to its purpose.

Absolute Garbage

Head Set

Great for the Price

Like another reviewer, the bare bones instructions were somewhat frustrating, but once I knew what everything was for they were great. The bass is surprising and for not being 7.1 surround, the sounds were incredibly immersing. I have these so I don't wake up the household, so I can't speak to the chat quality, but after wearing them for two hours last night, they weren't uncomfortable at all.
