Son had for awhile and then asked for a different set. Didn’t last too long for us.

Worked well for about a week but then the lights go out and won't turn on and off

Had to get someone to work on it immediately. Working for now but comes and goes.

These headphones are not worth the money. Invest 50 bucks more and get a better headset

I bought this item after using a few times the mouth piece broke off.

Didn't quite make it 6 months b4 microphone quit working. Poor quality for the money!

Thing was a piece of junk. Didn't work right after it was removed from the box.

Can hear others but cannot be heard when talking into the audio.

On the second use the microphone had a short in it and stopped working.

They don't work, quality 0/10. Don't reccomend at all

Mic would not work after the first recharge. Had to return.

Initially I noticed the following issues: 1) there is a low sound buzzing sound in the right earmuff and 2) the top of my right ear hits the inside of the earmuff, and I don't have big ears. However, the manufacturer said the buzzing sound is normal, especially in the right earmuff since that's where the battery is located. I've used the headset several times now and I don't notice the buzzing sound when the game sound comes on and my ear must have gotten used to the shallow muff since I don't notice that issue either. For the price (probably can get this on sale at times) I think it's a great headset, especially for the wireless feature.

Not as good as previous models from the same company.

The is not as nice as a Turtle Beach but at less than half the price it's a great deal. Sound quality is very good and it is completely wireless. Only thing I would change is to adjust the mic. You can't move it up or down.

Very easy to set up. Fits comfortably around my head and they are much better than the Gold edition Ps4 headphones. Not surround sound but it's hard to tell they're not.

The price of this wireless headset is great and that it is also plug and play. The sound quality is good for the price. Now for the major issues. The headset will turn itself off and back on constantly throughout gameplay. It turns off and about 5 seconds later turns itself back on. That is extremely annoying. And yes, i have it fully charged at it still does that. Also at least half the time I half to remove and replug the USB stick as when I start the Xbox and play a game, sound that's going on, on the right side of me is coming in on the left earpiece as well as sound on the left of me is coming in on right ear piece. Unplugged the USB and replugging it fixes it but completely annoying and shouldn't happen. That happens almost half the time I turn on my xbox. Price and sound (when it works properly) is good but I would not recommend because of these issues. Hopefully i just got a bad set.

The packaging was great and the price point isn't bad for a wireless headset. I purchased these pretty excited as my last 2 stock wired headsets both sounded scratchy over time (thanks Microsoft for the disposable headsets). The sound quality isnt bad, prob 4 out of 5 stars. Did cut out in tiny patches but not enough to notice. Friends said I sounded a little distant with the mic, but they could hear me. The one gripe I had was the headphones are considered over the ear; however, my ears had to kinda smash into the sound cups. I don't have big ears by any means. After playing with them on for 3-4 hours, I took them off and my ears were a bit sore. The next morning I could tell I had worn them for a while as my ears were still kinda hurting. I would give these a 4.5/5 if the ear cups were bigger. Unfortunately, going to have to return them and get a more comfortable set.

Bought for my son and he loves them! Really good sound and fit
