Bought this thinking it would be better than the Microsoft pack in headset. Right away people said they couldn't hear me very well. Constantly fell off my head even on the smallest fit. Do not get unless it's the only option.

Better off with cheap headphones

I suggest using a cheap pair of Samsung S3 Headphones with a Microphone for a reliable and cheap device for communication. For sound quality, you're in the wrong price range anyway.
