My son did NOT like these. The quality was very sub-par, even for a $20 headset. Low quality speaker - and the mic was not much better. They were returned to the store.

It wo4ks well with the controller adapter cause I have the old Xbox one remote BUT this is my 4th one and they keep breaking and I had to purchase a warranty cause I am now positive it breaks. I have bought more expensive ones but they all go at the connect point with adapter- starts crackling and eventually will stop working. I wish Best Buy had done something for me cause I've bought a ton of things from y'all and these headsets are made to last as long as a snowflake In the desert. I made that analogy up just now.

Purchased this as I read reviews and thought it was a good decent headset for the price. A month after my original purchase, the headset started getting static on the headset and other players reported hearing feedback. I tried different controllers and the same thing happened. I went on the website to try and get a replacement via the warranty and got nowhere. Even the 9.99 price I recommend against it and purchase and insignia branded product.

Just not as comfortable in my opinion as the xbox headset. Microphone doesn't rotate. Returned due to uncomfortable, works ok.

These headphones are low quality. They echoed all the sounds in the room. They were hard to hear out of. They wouldn't be as bad for people with small ears.

We have bought two of these in the last month and a half, both of them shorted out. Ended up having to buy a turtle beach one instead.

My son didn't like these because he couldn't hear the game through the headphones, only his friends he was playing against.

I had the headset all the way up and could barely hear people talking it was just annoying spend the extra money.

Cable was very sentence causing a lot of static in the mic. Was not heard very well with those I spoke with either. Ended up returning the next day

This product is terrible. Just after two days of purchase mute button started working in a here and there manner. Would only work most the time. Most everyone tells me I'm coming in softly and low even with everything turned to max. And there is a consistent scratching everyone can hear. The item is useless to me as it performs none of the functions I need. Spend your cash on a better product is all I can say.

Unless you expect a lot for your money save it and buy a better set. Not very loud and sometimes doesn’t work well at all.

For some strange reason i purchased the extra warranty for 5$ and i am glad i did. The second day we had it it broke

My son was ok with it but you have to purchase another item to make it work not cool that is why i play with Sony Playstation 4 instead

Too quiet to hear my teammates during a game. Only on ear cup so doesn't block sound out during playing. Returned

Most Xbox headsets don't seem to last in our house. We always purchase the protection plan because they are always breaking

fortunately, we had purchased warranty; got replacement and lucky we had purchased 2yr best buy warranty.. microphone stopped working within first month of purchase.. only reason we own this headset, now, is due to the 2yr free replacement warranty we purchased from best buy; hopefully this 2nd headset we got, as a warranty claim, won't fail, but, if it does, we are covered for a 3rd, etc, etc, etc, 'til 2019..

I'm not really picky about my headset for Xbox live chatting, but the headset that came with my Xbox one won't work with the controller I'm currently using. I was looking for something basic when I saw this one. It is the most uncomfortable headset I've ever owned. The sound quality is also very bad. I returned it and bought an adapter for an old 360 headset. It works just fine.

Didn't really liked this headset. The audio is staticky so I returned it and got the regular Xbox One headset

They worked great at first but the microphone stopped working within less than a month!

Brand new out if the box the mic didn't width and the audio was no good
