Opted for the cheaper headset for Xbox. So far, so good

Good for someone who isn’t trying to be in a big party

I recieved this as a gift from my husband. I was excited to finally get to chat in games. The original headset that came with my xbox one goes in and out and works sometimes. When I attempted to use this one, no one could hear me. It's worse than the original one that came with the system. I wouldn't buy this, You get what you pay for on these.

The product has continuous problems with the volume

Headphone is very poor quality and extremely basic for any avergae gamer.

Description did not make it clear that game audio would NOT come through. Waste of money.

Needed a new headset and picked this one up...unfortunately I was not so lucky with this one...it back as it would no one could hear me and I could hear more static than the other gamers. Best Buy took it back in return without any issues.

Within a few months, this headset has already broken.

These are not worth buying. Break easy sounds horrible

This headset sucks. It is definitely a $20 headset. You have to mess with the cord constantly or you hear crackle, there's voice distortions and there's a horrible echo in chat. We've reverted back to a wired hands free for a cell phone. I won't skimp on a headset again.

i bought this as a cheap headset for my xbox one. i could hear just fine on it but everyone that i played with said it sounded like the mic was in another room when i talked. broke down and bought a wireless set of turtle beaches, very happy with them.

I wouldn't recommend buying this item. The mic as soon as connected felt cheaply made and I heard complaints that when I was talking that I sound like I was underwater. I therefore immediately returned and got my refund from Best Buy.

This is a cheap headset and the quality was...wait for it....cheap. It lasted maybe a week before buzzing and humming was constant. If you even touched the wire, it would knock the sound out. Spend a little more and avoid the hassle.

I read good reviews of this headset, which is why I bought it. After playing call of duty with it for a while though, it's really just a basic yet pretty looking headset.

The sound is very choppy with the headset. At first I thought it may have been my controller, but I plugged in my iPhone headphones and they worked perfectly. Returned the headset and use my iPhone headphones with no issues.
