I hardly use I Mic but when I do l, this product is perfect for my needs l. The headset has a very clear and loud speakers for audio output/input. Convenient mic switch and volume switch.

Afterglow Chat headset

This is the second one my son has owned and he's been happy with it. Remember this is a chat headset, you will still hear the game sounds through the tv, but the chat is very clear thru the headset.

Headset stops working

Explained in email to the manufacturer and they sent me an empty box with NO headset in it. Emailed them again and they sent me a new one weeks later. Same scenario happened again. They requested I send in the broken one on at their expense. Waiting on replacement...
