Overheating

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone kept on overheating the back would get really hot had bought this phone for my mother and it would drain the battery super quick and the extra battery back didn't do much if anything it just took the battery forever to recharge am still stuck with it and it constantly overheats on the back of the phone. Maybe I got a dud but this phone is a bad one the extra battery back ruined the regular battery so now it's damaged.

Complete Junk!!!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesn't charge and if you can get a charge on it it lasts maybe 2 hrs. Sound Quality is poor. YouTube videos lock up. A flip phone would be better than this. Save your money. Buy ANYTHING else! First Alcatel phone I've been disappointed with and will be the last one.
