Best laptop in almost everyway

I repasted it myself and the cpu never touches 75C and the GPU never touched 66C. I use it as a desktop replacement. I changed the display to a 1440P 120Hz after I bought it and it was even better. It looks the best and performs the best and alienwares customer service is second to none.

Had problems with the headphone jack and keyboard

After hours on the phone with tech support regarding the headphone jack not working, I decided to try some pressurized air in a can. And that did the trick. Would have been nice if Dell support thought of trying that first before removing and reinstalling drivers numerous times.

I got a great deal

I got further discount since over night price drop($106). But disappointed that the box is not sealed fully, looked like being opened before. So I ask the store manager to check the battery usage showed that it's never been used. Quality was good.
