I've had this laptop for over 2 years and it's still performing amazingly. Any game I throw at it plays in highest quality and top speed. Battery life is really good for how powerful it is and the lighting options are gorgeous.

Purchased for my son and within 15 months it has been back to Best Buy 5 times for servicing. The Standard 1TB hard drive has now failed for the second time. The Keyboard has had keys pop off twice and after I was unable to put them back on the computer had to be shipped to the service center in order to repair. Also tried to do a factory reset on the computer and it failed in the middle of trying to reinstall the OS so it had to be serviced to get windows back on the system.

My grandsons asked specifically for this computer for Christmas. He will be thrilled.

I love my Alienware. Did lots of research and reading on other computers that might be comparable. Did not want to pay just for the name. I'm glad I went along with Alienware. Great computer especially from a guy that was more into PC's over laptops.

Exceeds expectations able to do everything i need it for.

It's very slim for the specs it has, runs games at very high FPS, keyboard doesn't get hot, just a tad warm. Nothing intolerable. Got it for portable gaming and being able to sit down at a desk and crank up the power with a graphics amplifier

This laptop is a beast. It runs everything I throw at it with ease. It is a very large laptop. It's less portable but man is it powerful. Battery life is very good especially in battery saver mode. Much longer than expected. Very happy with it

I purchased this PC as open box and it camed in an excelente condition! I would recommend to buy another one like this to anyone, you dont have to buy it brand new, as long as it has the geek squad certiffied excellent condion. Thumbs up!

I did a lot of research on this product. I was going to get the msi laptop but after a lot of pondering because of the price difference I chose this one and it fully met my expectations and then some. I would highly recommend this!

I absolutely love this laptop! This is my first Alienware laptop and I must say it far surpasses Republic of Gamer. It is a well balanced machine and provides an excellent platform for any type of gaming and regular internet usage.

Great value for the money considering all the gear packed into it by Best Buy. So far I love it, crank all my games up to the highest setting and never need to turn them down. So far runs everything I want to play at max.

A fast CPU, fast video card, 16gb ram, ssd+hdd, great keyboard, 17.3" screen. The system is able to be upgraded without voiding the warranty. 1+ year warranty is better than what you get with a regular laptop.

This laptop has excellent features but went to repair after just a few weeks. Somewhat disappointing reliability factor, but resolved by Geek Squad under warranty. Hopefully, future performance will be better.

This met all of my son's expectations of a gaming laptop. The graphics are amazing. It's a bit heavier than I would've liked in a laptop. With all its capabilities, it's like a portable desk top.

All the cool kids have it. You should too. Only downside is the size of this computer makes it difficult to find a laptop bag. I recommend other Alienware gear found on the Dell website.

I needed a large screen laptop with a good keyboard. While the keyboard isn't as good as you can get with a desktop, it's pretty good. I like the cool Alienware look. Only downside is the price.

Alot of power!! Fast and having a full size 1070 not a mobile version is great. The fans are very efficient. Just wish the screen was 4k but it does have gsync.

Runs smooth and can handle any game. I play Rainbow Six Siege and its works perfectly, gives me approx 90fps on med setting and 75 on ultra.

Overall I'm highly impressed with the sheer internal memory size. The 128gb SSD is a great addition. I can finally have desktop performance on a laptop.
