The only complaint I have is actually regarding a software partner -- Killer Control (a wifi control vendor thing?). Killer Control is complete garbage and cannot be removed (easily...). Other than that, I have loved this machine! :) My boyfriend and I actually bought the same model!

Since I needed a laptop I chose the one with the best graphics card. I also work in VR so this Alienware is the perfect choice. It's heavy especially when you're used to apple products but the power is worth the trade off. Comfortable enough to sit on your lap.

The that I'm not satisfied with is it might have little mechanical issues that are different than another. For example, my first purchase bugs me so bad. It's down arrow is much harder to press, which makes me get a exchange.
