Just had this computer for two weeks and so far good

This is one of the most secure Laptops I have ever encountered and I so wish I had gotten this Alienware a long long time ago. The speed is incredible, so for you gamers out there this product is a must have.

I like it and it’s a good build just had a bit of problem with the lights on it not turning in sometimes and not changing until I restart the laptop rather then that it’s plays games with a ease

Very nicely made, fast, excellent computer. You get what you pay for and you pay for this computer, but you get more than you pay for. We are extremely pleased with its performance and robustness.

Got alien ware computer at a great price and it was less than dell wanted. Delivery was veryvery fast. Best Buy gave me lots of points in rewards. They really are good at what they do!!!!

I got this and it never worked. Half the keys wouldn't light up and it gave me blue screen of death. That's not to say that Alienware isn't a good brand, I just got a bad one.

The 17 R4 has solid construction, super fast graphics and cool changeable keyboard/edge lights. The only 'con' I can say about is that it weighs 10lb and feels heavier than that.

The gtx1070 plows through visuals with very high fps. A bit heavy (weight) Love the 'alienware' lighting effects. Large size (17.3") makes finding a suitable bag/backpack challenging.

was good for a week, then programs would have issues with one another. I do not think it was Alienware itself, but the reinstalling from geek squad for open box. It was a powerful machine. Weighs almost 11 pounds. not fun to pack around.

Wonderful laptop. It works great for what we need it for. It’s kept up with the constant updates with games.

I think this product is great I am going to buy a couple more for my grandchildren I would love to know exactly what they would cost around Christmas time because I know Santa class would be really happy to bring these to my home I would put them under the Christmas tree wide open with the man standing there on the screen I really hope you will have them in at Christmas time if they’re not in a Christmas time I will be very disappointed please let everyone know in the store that my service customer service was more than admirable thank you very much for asking me to fill out this form

This is one awesome laptop. Have had it for better than a year. Battery life could be better, but isn't that expected always. Would buy again.

My son appreciated the gift and now I can be assured that he will not only use this for gaming but for his studies. It is reliable and he is enjoying both.

Bought this for my quadriplegic Husband. Not only is it portable, but it is easy to use with the handicap-able equipment he uses when on the computer.

Don't forget to get the warranty because the power cord broke just after three weeks. Now I have to be without a computer for a week. For the amount of money I would have expected more.

My son loves this! He literally sleeps with it next to his head sometimes. It has the power he needs for all his games plus his video editing work.

Been using this machine for a couple years now. It's done everything I've needed and more. Very fast and fun to use!

Purchased this laptop for my brother and he loves it, only downside is its quite heavy and since its extra wide its difficult to find bags for it.

The laptop is fast. I upgraded the disks to raid 0 (Mirrored). Had to use SSD/M-2 for the upgrade. Kept the 1TB drive as a non-mirrored bulk store for things I don't care about. The graphics adapter that Dell/Alienware sells for the machine provides an external graphics capability. However, if used, it disables the internal one in the system. This kept my rating to 4 stars instead of 5. I run 6 screens and would like graphics cards driving the 4 monitors (2 can be run by the internal card). I use USB for the other 4 - ok for displays that don't change much.

I bought this for my wife as a gift for her photography and she loves it. Great speed when loading and editing her photos.
