Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had gotten these and I've seen the audio is really good but one thing is that over time my headphones had stopped charging properly everytime I would connect them it would say 10 percent or if I ever disconnected the charger it would power off I'd like a replacement for my headphones due to its issues.besides that the functions are pretty easy to use.

I give the background noise microphone cancellation a 3/5. I use it for work but customer say they can still hear background noise.

Great Wireless Headset

Only complaint is sometimes i have to remove usb from computer and plug it back in for receiver to connect. Not big enough of a problem to lose a star. Worth the price when on sale.

Old alienware headsets are better.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This headset as an audio headset is okay quality, however, the headset cuts in and out occasionally requiring reseting the entire headset. I returned my initial headset and the replacement did the same thing even when paired to my alienware computer using command center. The noise canceling feature also turns the sound off my headset on my second pair and flat out did not work on my first pair. I went back to my old alienware headset and discarded these as I did not even want another replacement. Very disappointed with how bug riddled these are.

Great if you don’t need the mic

The problem was that the mic would mot work. It wouldn’t hook up to chat on PS5. So, I was super disappointed.

Not worth the aggravation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Third set that in returning, 1st exchange, the wire came loose after 3 weeks, 2nd exchange, no sound out of right side & this last exchange, STATIC IN LEFT EAR. Cannot see how this product is I still on the market. I have an Alienware PC and its second to none. The headset is definitely a disappointment.
