The sound is very nice and clear. You can hear enemy foot steps very clearly. I tried a lot of headsets for my PC. Settled on these. The design is very futuristic looking. The touch commands are great and add to the futuristic look. Definitely out of this world.

✅️PROS: ✔️allows an option for you to enhance your immersive surround sound experience via the Dolby Digital app (up to 7.1) ✔️the Alienware Command Center & Alienware FX software gives you the ability to customize colors ✔️Noise canceling (AC) function works very well (can be turned on/off) ✔️features Tri-mode (wired, wireless, or Bluetooth) which allows for continuous and uninterrupted gameplay ❎️Cons: ✖️the headset can slip off easily (I have a big head) ✖️sometimes I experienced an issue connecting via wireless if the Bluetooth was on ✖️product has some unnecessary bloatware Overall, I would still give the Alienware AW920H Tri-mode Headset a solid 5 [⛧️⛥️⛧️⛦️⛧️] Stars!

It's all the description said it was and the price was right! Excellent noise cancelling, can be wired to your cell phone, charge last long, charges fast, light weight. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.
