I purchased this to replace the factory NAV radio in my wife's Chrysler 300. Best Buy installed the radio and upon leaving, we tried to use the NAV. The directions would show up, but there was no audio. We took it back and Best Buy said they had to reverse the Audio inputs. That resolved the audio issue. My wife doesn't like the sound being so dominant in the front so she tends to fade the music to the rear speakers. It turns out that the left and right fade work, but when you attempt to fade it to the rear, there is no sound. Took it back to Best Buy and they said it would never work because of some configuration with the factory amplifier. The last issue occurred when my wife tried to use the voice control options on the radio. You press the voice control button and don't get any prompt to do anything. I called Alpine and they had me install a voice dial fix. That somewhat fixed the problem. Now, my wife has to either disconnect and reconnect her phone to the radio several times or else call someone by pressing a call button on the radio before it actually connects to Bluetooth.

Works great once you figure out how to setup and make changes. Camera guides adjustments - still trying!

Love the sound and easy use, but 3 weeks after, the screen got grainy and now totally not working at all. What only works is the backup camera that didn't come with it. Good thing is Best Buy took care of the replacement process. I'm out of radio for 3 days - big hole in my dashboard. Pretty disappointed!!

IN ADDITION to other three star reviews that have been left I feel I should also mention that the interface is reletively sluggish and not very responsive. since returning it for a different unit due to the antenna not retracting out of the tuner mode I went with an Alpine w960 and that works with the antenna and is very snappy with the touch controls and interface, etc!! however slightly more $$$,
