great equipment/poor customer service

Manager acted put out because we were upset about the disorganization. Very poor customer service. Did not even say I'm sorry or if there's anything he could do to fix the situation. Will not be purchasing anything at best buy in the near future. Coeurdalene I'd store.

Alpine Speakers

I set my bass low at first so I wouldn't shock the speakers, and still had to get them replaced. My bass sits at 3/5 and speakers are busted again. I sat at -1 for awhile and SLOWLY moved up, still busted them... Very delicate speakers. Get kickers.

Not happy at all.

I purchased 6x9 kicker door speakers along with alpine power pack amp. Well the amp was too powerful for the kickers so the tech replaced them with these Alpine four door speakers. I went back to complain that these were still cracking and that I needed to have component speakers because in my Ford F-150 they came with components because I have tweeters up in the columns all the texh did was made an adjustments and said hey this is what it is. Now today it's 8/18 and my return is expired. Now I have to spend more money to purchase component speakers.Not a happy Camper. I purchased the best buy guarantee The geek squad which is now a waist. Thanks Best Buy
