USB port for Apple Car Play/Droid— Make sure you use their cable provided if not, it’s going to mess up on you 90% of the time. The safety “set emergency brake on, off , and back on again is a pain, but the only way you can get into settings and such. I know there’s yet another wire kit to bypass but that’s more money and time.

Fantastic radio! Simple to use and fires up Carplay very quick. Add the steering wheel controls to make it a great experience. Highly recommend!

For the most part it's a great radio, but that Apple CarPlay is janky, when it works, I love it, but if I don't have my phone plugged in before I start my car, it may or may not work, just depends how it feels that day, and yes, I'm using the USB cord that came with it, and a Apple white cord, I can't speak for the camera feature, or the XM radio, but Bluetooth works great, if it weren't for the CarPlay, 5 stars all day.

Relatively easy install, great sound replacing my factory radio in my 07 Jeep. Now I’m able to actually hear conversations on the phone while driving.

The Alpine was a great addition to my Jeep. Installation went smoothly just as the service department said it would.

Simple and easy unit to get Apple car play. Geek squad did a great job installing. Only bummer is that there is not a knob for volume control. Otherwise, it gets the job done.

Good unit, little hard navigating through, but worth the money

I got this receiver looking to upgrade my basic stereo that came with my car. It has a bunch of features and sound adjusting capabilities. I would say the only thing that is a little annoying is that sometimes I have to unplug it and re-plug it in 2-3 times to my iPhone before it connects and starts to read my phone. But this is only sometimes and not every time. All in all I'm happy with my purchase and think its a great product.

Easy to use, nice display I gave it 4 stars because it's underpowered.

So far very reliable. Have been using android car stereo's, love the features but they only last about one year. Bought this one based on reviews, I do have android auto but can not use google play and download apps. As android auto grows so will my app choices. Happy with purchase so far, feel this one will last, but just in case I bought the Best buy extended warranty.

Great screen and functionally works very well except the need to integrate with your parking break in order to actually even pair a bluetooth device which was frustrating and not clear when buying it. Luckily there's a override loop you can purchase that doesn't require having to figure out how to wire to your parking brake. Screen is crisp and bright, Andriod auto and iPhone car play both work well too.

Excellent stereo for Apple CarPlay without breaking the bank. Bought this unit and used it in two different cars. Install was simple with no issues in either vehicle. Apple CarPlay worked great in both vehicles, easy to connect via USB. Music sounded better than the stock stereo and it was great to be able to use Google Maps for navigation. Sadly when I sold the car I sold the Alpine ILX-W650 with it, so I'll surely be on the lookout to add another one to my next car!

This unit does exactly what I need! The screen size is perfect and the minimal buttons makes very easy to operate. I also love the size of the screen for the map feature.

This thing is awesome. Basically an ipod and gps in the dash. I bought a second one for another car.

I wanted to upgrade my sound system to play Spotify, Sirius and downloaded music which my 13 Nissan Altima did not have. I always liked the Alpine brand and so far I am really happy with it. It sounds great and listening to Spotify on my daily commute is awesome. I don't have the Sirius radio add on because the installer was too busy to put it in. I also had to take it back because the steering wheel controls did not work on the first try. After he checked the connection it worked and I am really excited. I will take it to a different Bestbuy to get the Sirius add on installed. So far I love it.
