Great readio, terrific USB connection for Android

You can literally adjust everything. Only bad thing is, Alpine really dropped the ball on the USB cable due to a major problem over web and personally experienced.

Great car stereo but remote control available

Alpine ILX-W650

I replaced a factory Bose hu in a 2004 Infiniti. Since it's just a back and forth to work vehicle I decided to try it with the existing speakers, amp, and sub. I purchased a PAC ROEM-NIS2 interface and ordered the Metra antenna, harness kits online at Best Buy. I am very pleased with the glass touch screen, volume, and functions of this hu. I also decided Alpine because I have had good reliability with others throughout the years. My first new Alpine was a am/fm cassette...Yes it was before cd's.

Wired CarPlay, not wireless!!

It was supposed to be wireless CarPlay. This stereo has CarPlay, wired CarPlay, not wireless. Had to get uninstalled and replaced with Pioneer stereo, with wireless and wired CarPlay!

Almost Alpine

This unit dose not work with ipod classic

I had to buy some extra hardware and frame for my vehicle (Jeep Wrangler JK 2016) I love that it was so simple to install would recommend for anyone looking for an aftermarket head unit especially if you want Apple car play
